So, having seen the rabid praise on DiS for the Twilight Sad, I decided to take the plunge and buy it.

Is everyone aware that it's not actually that good? To my ears, it's just bland. Seriously, at times it veers so dangerously close to Snow Patrol territory that I have to turn the bloody thing off.

What is the appeal? I'm intrigued what people find so engaging about this album, and this band.
