Trademark, Idaho & Enon

John_Brainlove [Edit] [Delete] 09:49, 14 November '07

Three truly underrated bands...

Trademark's new album is GREAT. It's so mathematical! Musically. And then it's just really sweet and love-song/relationshippy lyrically. "Raise The STakes". Anyone got it?

Idaho have been quite a few things over the year, but my favourite is the depresso-rock of This Way Out, which my workmate thinks sounds like Dinosaur Junior. The Lone Guman is ace too though.

Enon - High Society is an understated gem. It might not dazzle on first listen, but when you get into it, the genre-skipping and the range of sounds and songs it contains is really, really amazing.

Anyone else a) love these bands or b) have extremely underrated bands that the world's ears are missing out on?
