Anyway, I was watching from the comfort of my Newport Beach apartment. In case anyone thought I had one of those unintellible cockney accents you lot have. ;-)
Here's my take. British Sea Power didn't have an 'arena' act. Seemed sorta outta place. Umm...
Oh shite. My memory is failing me now.
The highlighted Bowie songs were not the best of the show. And the most interesting band were the Steophonics. An Oasis rip-off with all the right swagger but not quite enough substence. Not bad, though.
The Isle of Wight is in the Irish Sea, then? (My geopgraphy is failing me too.) Off Cornwall, perhaps.
Anyway, did any of ya's go? Lots of St George's flags a-waving! Seemed like quite the fun carnival atmosphere. :-)
