hoodies - jumpers with hoods and baseball caps are prohibited from Bluewater shopping centre? i know hoodies is also slang for being un-circumcised - im not sure which of the two they mean? the latter will certainly be harder to police! ha.
but seriously, isn't judging and prohibiting people on what they (setero-typically) look like illiberal?? I bet Bluewater don't ban Muslim women who only show their eyes and are practically ALL hood!
