I'm not saying you have to like them or anything, but why the hate?
There are Muse fans on this site, some of the people at DiS like them too.
So not everyone hates them, but I think the balance is definitely towards that end of the scale.
Are they really that bad, or do some of you just dislike them because they're popular, maybe even sub-consciencely. Their music doesn't exactly sound like it's been made for the mainstream, apart from bits of BH & R. I've noticed similar trends with Radiohead, probably not to the same extent, but they seem to either be loved or despised.
Or are Muse simply like marmite you either love them or hate them?

My personal opinion is that a lot of people on this site don't really like them, this mild dislike turns into hate simply because they're popular etc.

What do you people think?
