so you'll set a date that the CDs are all floggable and out and stuff and you'll have an excuse to have a party gig for that and play a lot of gigs before then and even maybe a little radio gubbins.

But where iTunes is concerned, you just have to spaff it at them (through tunecore or wotevs) and it's just available whenever they get round to it, right?
