Did anyone else get sent an unsolicited promotional casstte of this band in about 1996/7?

It was a lady called 'Ragga' - who I'd describe as a kind of Indian Bjork and some guy doing slightly eastern-ified trip-hop electronica backing.

It was actually quite good with hindsight but at the time I just thought it was too weird for my indie-boy Midget-loving ears.

Does anyone know if she ever actually released the album the tape had clips from? I know she did one single but I don't think it exactly set the world alight.
