So I went to see Little Wings last night. Kyle is like one of my favourite song writers in the world (up there with Phil & Adrian fo sure), his songs resonate with such childlike awe and beauty without ever coming across like a contrived hippy (i'm looking at you Devendra).

But it was pretty dissapointing. Firstly it was like £10 which is way expensive, if UTR or someone with Dee Eye Why perspective had been putting it on it would've been like £6 and the support acts wouldn't have been shit.

Also he only played for 40 mins and it turned out Viking Moses was headling who I usually quite like but was incredibly annoying and had this really tight band who sounded like the Dave Matthews band or some shit and totally sucked all the life out of his songs.

So yeah Little Wings = incredible, last nights gig = meh
