the new hot chip single got me thinking of this, it's pop perfection..
what i mean is: which 'credible' artists do people think make the most interesting or just brilliantly melodic pop music at the moment?

for what it's worth i'll throw in of montreal, animal collective. belle and sebastian spring to ming too, though they've not done much for a while.
