Night-time listening

europeancakeghost [Edit] [Delete] 23:18, 11 February '08

Please use this thread to talk about your favourite night-time listening choices, whether it's music to fall asleep to, music to wind down to or music that just fits night-time moods.

GO!

Also, can you help recommend me some new music to listen to at night? As a guide, I listen to music as I try and fall asleep and my favourites are Jan Jelinek (Kosmischer Pitch), Philip Glass (Koyaanisqatsi soundtrack, Solo Piano, Symphony No. 3, Glassworks, etc), John Cage (just the early piano pieces and the first Imaginary Landscape), Can (first half of Tago Mago) and, uhhh... recordings of thunderstorms (but ignore that one) and online radio stations like Sleepbot and Mixing of Particulate Solids.

If you can recommend me anything vaguely like the aforementioned and/or you know of something that I might like, please, share it with me/us/'them'! Thank you.

GO!
