Recently, when I google my bands name (yes Im sad and have too much spare time), I get hundreds of websites - most of them Russian - selling one of our EP's on download.

This EP was self-released and we've never agreed any kind of contract with anyone, yet Stalin and his boys seem to be allowed to make a profit from our music - how legal is this?

I know there's plenty of band folk who inhabit these boards - are any of you in the same situation? Can anyone shed some light on this for me?
