Emotional Gigs

Brooner [Edit] [Delete] 22:09, 12 February '08

What are the most emotional shows you've ever seen, where the band have quite clearly put everything into their music that night and it is all very apparent?

just been watching the chemikal underground dvd, which got me onto watching videos from aereogramme's final show at connect. Both this and their last london show seemed like really emotional occasions for them and the crowd. And aside from the music, at the Luminaire Craig B was struggling to speak at times without choking up and he had a wonderful rant about making music you love and revolutionizing the horrid music industry.

Anyway, here's them at Connect: Post Tour + Shouting for Joey

I can still feel the electricity in the air from that afternoon everytime i listen to anything by them, everyone was on edge waiting for the final note to be played. I guess splitting up is a different case really, but i can't currently think of any other examples at the moment where such emotion has come across so vividly. share your stories below.
