Just got the new M83 album and lush with synthy goodness as it is, I kind of wish that stop all that singing.

It seems to be the standard path for electronic instrumentalists (Moby, Album Leaf, RJ D2 et al); start by making expansive, shimmering, otherworldly soundscapes and by album three, mess it up and dilute it all by trying to sing!

Now I know they have the right to develop as artists in their own way but its like ordering Thai food and getting Chinese.

Stick to instrumentals for this kind of music, the pictures are better!
