NME

Owlhead [Edit] [Delete] 16:37, 30 June '05
Never thought I'd say it but I actually found myself agreeing with much of what was in NME this week.

I thought their Glastonbury reviews were spot on.

Brian Wilson'sset really was special but it did look like he had no idea where he was.

After such a joyful set Garbage completely missed the Glastonbury vibe. The shite repetetiveness of their songs, combined with their surely self satisfied nature, really was such a contrast to Brian Wilson.

Brandon from the Killers was nausiatingly smug but their set was saved by their few decent tracks.

Bloc Party were great. Really tight.

And finally, Pete Docherty and Babyshambles were utter utter shite.
