in terms of 'newish' bands emerging in the last couple of years or so, deerhunter are by far the best and interesting group ive come across...

i reckon ive listened at least one song by them every day for about a year. each of the albums (as well as the ep) have so many intrinsic and unique qualities and the daytrotter session is simply breathtaking. this is all without mentioning atlas sound and the infamous blog.

what does everyone else think? ive heard people say theyre boring which is just absurd. agree? disagree?
