Need some info asap.. our friends Adebisi Shank are heading out to record with Mr J Robbins, in the states on Friday and being Irish only just realised they'd have gear with them thus not looking like tourists...

Has anyone done this before? I've been under the impression that you're fine to go over recording because you're not making anything to be taxed, which is obviously different if you're touring (they're not) so i just need to know if they'll be able to get in and not sent packing as soon as they land... .
