What sort of music do you listen to? Something soft and gentle to ease you out of sleep? Something a bit more energetic/aggressive to energise you?

At the moment my 'morning album' is Electrelane's 'No Shouts No Calls'. Something in that combination of organ swells and driving rhythm really helps sets me 'right' first thing.
