I'm running a 10k race for the MS trust in london this Sunday and would like a good mix for the run.

If anyone would like to make the perfect running muxtape for me that would be ace, about 20 tracks long and suiting the up's and downs of the journey, like an uplifting ending to get me up for the finish and a steady start.
