I think it would be perfectly fair to say that this music is bought solely by scumbags.

I'd say that at least 80% of Scooter fans have a criminal record.

This is only in the UK though. Germans probably think its the pinnacle of modern music or something, but Europe's pop culture is always about 20 years behind the West's, so they get let off.
