It's quite simple - buy tickets nice and early! Lots of people are gutted about Tapestry but I can pretty much guarantee they had to pull out for one reason - cash flow.

Small festivals like Tapestry don't have backers like Festival Republic to shovel money their way - they rely on ticket sales in advance. If you leave it 'til 2 weeks before to buy them, you bring them closer to having to pull.
