Recommend me some classic albums please

GalacticStar3ruption [Edit] [Delete] 13:52, 6 August '08

I'm leaving it up to you lot to determine what defines a classic album. It can be a relatively recent release, or an album from decades ago, either could be useful.

I've realised that I own very few albums that I would consider classics and I thought to myself *am I missing out?*

So far (shortly after deciding to do this) I've ordered the following albums:

In Utero - Nirvana (I never really "got" them from what I've heard, they always seemed quite overrated, this is their last chance saloon as far as I'm concerned).

Daydream Nation - Sonic Youth

Dark Side Of The Moon - Pink Floyd (I've always appreciated them and they're one of the few bands that I've grown up listening to (my parents) that I still enjoy)

The Downward Spiral - Nine Inch Nails

P.S Whatever you do don't recommend me Led Zeppelin, I can't stand the fuckers.

Thanks
