I am looking to host a fundraising gig for my charity at which my band and a couple of others will play.

I need to find a suitable venue in London (central, preferably) to meet the following criteria:

1. inexpensive to hire;
2. bar;
3. live music licence;
4. capacity up to about 200.

My band can provide a PA system, etc, and do the sound engineering, so it doesn't really need to be a dedicated music venue, just able to accommodate us.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to where I might try?
