I used to think our national anthem was really rubbish and a total dirge, and in the hands of football supporters and most other people it still is, but I was at RMA Sandhurst yesterday and when it's sung well with really gusto and a military band and church organ booming along with it actually sounds pretty huge.

Not as huge or anthemic as Jerusalem or Two Fatherlands did but still pretty big.
