So, basically, Archangel is the only really good song on the album. It's a skippable yawnfest. Archangel only gets away with using such cheesy ambient sounds because it has a brilliant hook and that awesome bassline. The rest of it sounds like interminable failed attempts to do the same thing.

I want to like it, I enjoy the atmospheric sounds and the way it's kind of dreamy and hazy and faraway but also carries some emotion - it does that trick of combining distance and intimacy that The Knife pull off. But it's... hella repetitive and underdeveloped.
