I'm slowly putting together an album for release, only this time it's actually going to be a physical release, and there'll be money charged for it an everything - this money is covering costs only, with the excess going to a charity.

One of the tracks on this album has a very lengthy audio sample of Chaplin's speech from The Great Dictator SO, my question to you is:

Do I need to get copyright / license clearence for this sample / clip? Does it make a difference if it's for charity, or that the clip is 68 years old?
