Hello, I've just moved to York. Can you tell me what there is to do? Where the good venues (and pubs) are, who puts on great nights, nice websites for gigs listings etc.

In addition, I'm a musician who is going to start looking for gigs (kinda noisy/experimental laptop-electropop). So maybe with those promoter recommendations, could you provide contact details/websites so I can get in touch with them? Cheers!
