We Admitted We Were Powerless Over DiS

The Flaming Lips thread got me to listen to one of dozens of unopened cd's I've got. Why I still feel the need to hit the cd's shops and add to this stack of cd's I'm probably never gonna listen to is between me and my therapist. And now you, my fellow DiSers.

Since coming here I've gone from being a weekend warrior to full blown musicaholic. I can't stop. I've got more Primal Scream than I can stand. I buy Radiohead cd's and I don't even like Radiohead all that much. I bought the Stereophonics record knowing it'd be substandard just so I wouldn't feel guilty slagging them. I've scheduled three gigs this week and I've got tix for shows as far out as December (yea Wrens!).

This can't be healthy. I used to come home from a long day at work and watch TV or do drugs or something positive like that. Now I'm listening to OK Computer and Elastica (nice!) and wondering where it all went wrong.

DiScuss DiS's Impact On Yer Little Life (Beyond Cheating Your Employer For The Lost DiS Hours You Get Paid For)!
