1) Tony Hawks Underground 2, or whatever number its on now, a game which is basically just bastardizing the street values of skate boarding to appeal to teenage angst, and the soundtrack to this (well the headline song), is dead kennedys - california uber alles. Yeah the Dead Kennedys who were against commercialisation amongst other things.

2) The Dischord/Minor Threat album being ripped off by nike, nike of all companies one of the biggest companies on the planet.
