I went to an arena gig last night and we were seated.
I've sat at a gig once before, but this time it was weird - like being at the cinema.
My seat was a blessing during the slower songs and the gap between bands. It also meant we didn't have to fight our way back to where we were stood, we didn't lose our place, no one stepped on my feet and we were able to leave much quicker.
Other than that I didn't enjoy it. We couldn't really tell what was happening on-stage, we were just watching the light show and video screens.
