After hearing "Real Quiet" on Last Fm I picked up We Sing Loud We Sing Soft by Sonna. It's an absolute gem of an album. I've just realised that it's from 2001 as well. Steve Albini recorded it.

I can hear some Windsor for the Derby, Thee More Shallows and American Analog Set in their sound. Lots of spidery nice things being done with clean guitars plus minimal if not any vocals.

Anyone else heard of them or their other stuff?
