I'm listening to Up The Bracket for the first time in ages, after Vertigo came on Shuffle. Instantly it made me want to listen to the whole album, and now I come to think about it, almost every album I hold dear has a superb opening track, instantly elevating the experience as a whole

Are there any counter-examples you can think of, or do all great albums have a great opening?
