Music Social More…

When the industry and press get it wrong.

calumlynn [Edit] [Delete] 15:10, 4 January '09

This has been discussed on various threads due to all the "Tips for 2009" lists about at the moment, but can anyone give me any more examples of when a band is massively hyped, but ultimately do nothing. Off the top of my head in the last 2 years: Joe Lean and the Jing Jang Jong, Cajun Dance Party, The Twang etc etc.

A friend of mine is writing some article for a local music mag about such things and needs both recent examples and also stuff from the early 2000s and the 90s. Ta if you can help.
