Also thought some of you might have some smart suggestions of how best to manage communication when I get such a high volume of email bottle necking with me, in case you use anything which might help. Or read about something useful... the select all and delete option often ranks quite highly.

Don't get me wrong, DiS is still focussed on editorial, we're just trying to hone things a little and make the community stuff bettererz.
