only just noticed this:
http://www.metacritic.com/film/
http://www.metacritic.com/music/

look down the left of the pages at the average scores. it seems that films get more negative reviews, mostly 30-60/100 and yet all music reviews seem to be around 60-80/100? are film critics harsher? how can all music be above average(5/10)? or do music critics only review records they like and not bother with stuff they know they will hate..whereas people love watching films they know will be rubbish? it doesnt make sense!
