Fleet Foxes as music for dads

Lucien [Edit] [Delete] 12:13, 22 January '09

My dad, a folk fan, stopped listening to new music around the time Anarchy In The UK came out, but I generally make an attempt to buy him something new on his birthday every year so that he can give those old Fairport Convention records a rest.

Past failures have included Ryan Adams, Okkervil River and Devendra Banhart.

I think I might finally be on to a winner this year - for a man who enjoys Simon & Garfunkel and CSN&Y, this should be in the zone right, or am I looking at yet another humiliating failure? Better suggestions also welcome
