i've had a song in my head since saturday night, and i know i know what it is, but i can't work it out.
it was on in the background at the end of the itv fa cup coverage on saturday as well so i know it's fairly well known.

the bit i'm thinking of is bass and violins -
bass going BOM, BOM, BOM, (wait 5 beats (last beat of the bar and then a whole bar) BOM, BOM, BOM, (slightly higher)
then some soaring violins come in

possibly some singing about ships/sailing (i could be making that bit up though)
kind of sounds broken social scene-y

it's driving me crazy, sorry for the awful description, hope someone can help! :-)
