As many of you know, emusic is probably the most awesome music download site around.
Anyhow, they're causing me a little difficulty. I took a subscription for one of the connoisseur plans recently, using a 3V voucher. The following month I attempted to subscribe to a cheaper plan and they refused to recognize my 3V voucher (a different one).

For anyone who doesn't know what a 3V voucher is, I'll simplify things by saying that, basically, I used a different credit card for the second transaction.
Is the problem something to do with downgrading your plan?
I've e-mailed emusic and they sent me this automatic email about 10 times. I've given up on that.
