Hello. I want to buy a new guitar but I don't know what to get.

I have two guitars just now: a Telecaster and a fake Stratocaster. I love the Tele, it was my first guitar and I've had it for years, but it's got a whole load of action on it that makes it a bit hard to play sick leads (I don't want to fix the action, though). The fakey Strat, on the other hand, is excellent for sick, twiddly solos, but not so good for chunky riffs and rhythm bits like the Tele, because it makes them sound all jangly, trebley and just shit.

So, yeah, what's the best guitar to get for chunky riffs plus twiddly solos in one? And that looks hot and classic - none of your death metal looking guitars, they make me feel ill.
