GIITTV favourites Butcher Boy have made their new single, "Carve A Pattern", available for free download here:

Their label HDIF recently announced that Butcher Boy's second album was finally finished. It's called "React Or Die" and contains ten tracks, cover photography by Marisa Privitera, booklet illustrations by Ulla Saar, and sleevenotes by John Blain Hunt. It's a labour of love that took all of 2008 to complete, from recording to sleeve design, and it's turned out wonderfully. The official release date is April of this year, but they're selling advance copies now from the HDIF site below.
