....How do I do this?

I have two mates who are Dubstep producers and there both starting to create great music.

So I've spoken to them and I'm thinking of setting up a small independent record label to release some of their music. I would release a single first with each of their tracks as an A & a B side.

So where do you go to declare yourself a business, get music copyrighted and get CD's, Vinyl or your music released on iTunes?

Any recommendations?
