Did anyone catch Ray Winstone's show on the life of this man? Such a sad story. A man who had so much to give and his genius was misinterpreted as insanity leading to the last 15 or years of his short life being spent in a mental institute until he died of tuberculosis in 1937.
Is it plausible that a similar situation could occur in these modern times? I hope not.
