It's driving me and my flatmate INSANE! So, I assume its early 90s. Certainly has that synthy feel of the time (think Rhythm is a Dancer, Freed From Desire etc).

The only thing I remember about the song is that there is a refrain where a female vocal sings (somewhat agressively, has a raw throaty feel) "WAAAAHHH OH! WUH-UH-AH WAAAAAHHH OH!". The WUH-UH-AH feels like its sort of spliced together from various other WAAAHHHHHs electronically.
