That's Mongrel as in John Maclure's (Reverend and the makers) "supergroup". I'm not really sure what to make of this, on the one hand he seems to think he's the new Joe Strummer and some sort of rock n roll outlaw, but on the other hand this seems like quite a brave thing to do especially considering it's sounds like quite an unconventional album. It could just be a publicity stunt I suppose, but he seems quite sincere about it.

Anyway, what do people think about it? Anyone heard it, is it worth the price of the paper? Is he a revolutionary or just a bit of a bell end?
