How long does it take you to get bored of a new album?

Violator [Edit] [Delete] 19:16, 12 March '09

In other words, what's your music 'turnover'? For me, it's probably something crazy like two weeks - for about a fortnight I can listen to a very good album or two solidly, and then I'll just suddenly get bored and want to listen to something else. It doesn't matter what it is - very few, if any, albums have much staying power. I may go back to them later for one reason or another, but even then it's only for a period.

So what's your music turnover? How many albums can you really be into in any one period and how long does it take you (taking into account that an album will be at least, quite good) to lose interest?
