Hello. I know this was done months ago, but I can't remember the upshot. I've recently updated my itunes (so that I can spend some of my gift vouchers on adam and joe TV series - it wouldn't let me do it on my ancient version of itunes) and itunes genius has popped up.

Do I turn it on? I want to know:

a) Is it a bit dubious? I'm worried about the 'sends information to apple about your itunes library' aspect. I have 85GB on itunes, about 1GB of which is erm... 'purloined', do I need to worry about this?

b) Is it worth having? A rival to last fm or a useless add on?
