finding new stuff in songs you've heard at least 100 times

alcxxk [Edit] [Delete] 13:40, 15 March '09

just having a little sit down and a listen to Is This It, with the lyrics out as i've never really known what he's singing and i remembered that i really like this album a lot even if i havent listened to it in ages.

anyway, 1:47 into Someday, someone says something like "we need more volume".never heard that before. PRETTY ODD EH?

do youhave similar tales? how does it make you feel? i'm finding really concentrating on this album to be a whole range of confusion, as it sounds way more lo fi in general than i remember it. possibly because someone recently told me that all teh guitars and vocals are recorded through 10 watt practise amps.
