Did anyone else download 'Narrow Stairs' by Death Cab For Cutie ages ago and think it was really good, only to find out later that it wasn't them at all, but a bunch of tracks off an album called 'Home Water' by the German band Velveteen?
Bastards! I've read around a bit and apparently I wasn't alone. Went out and bought the Death Cab album too and discovered it was really average.
The whole things was some April fools joke I think. Oh well, I may have egg on my face (and I can laugh at it) but in the end, I remain very attached to the material and want to purchase the 'authentic' one as soon as I can get it.
