I just tried to order tickets on there, everything was going through fine til the Natwest Security box popped up. I had recently changed my password but its not accepting it and when I clicked submit nothing happened. I am 100% sure it is the right password. Surely I would have got an email if they had deactivated it or maybe the problem is the website as it wasn't even showing the whole box... :S

Anyone else experienced problems like this?
