Manic Street Preachers - Lifeblood

Acquiescence [Edit] [Delete] 23:08, 17 May '09

Much much better than This Is My Truth, Know Your Enemy and Send Away The Tigers. It's a lovely, wistful, ethereal album thats unfairly hated cos...it's too lovely? The lead single was it's downfall too, The Love Of Richard Nixon wasn't single material in the slightest. Maybe it's not the most appropriate week to discuss what is perceived as one of MSP's low-points, but with all the attention they've been getting recently I had to rummage through their back catalogue again and Lifeblood just seems to stick out from the rest of the post-Everything Must Go era.
