Help! I'm DJing on Friday and the theme is dead people. Only solo artists who are dead; band members where a member is dead (but only tracks they performed on); songs specifically about dead people (so yes, Endless Art) or cover songs of well known songs by dead artists.

I'm blitzing through and getting loads of ideas, but can't help feeling I'm missing loads of obvious ones.
